I have a few conspiracy theories for times like this.
What do you think of unrelated parties buying on market to sell to a GR or other later as to not change there registered substantial holding until needed? Or to accept MIN’s offer
I could not imagine beach or any of the big corporates doing this but GR and CE are a different beast
