Not accepting the offer either, hanging in for the upside CE, MIN and NWE Directors and all holders are after. MIN can't legally de-list NWE if 1000s of shareholders refuse their offer but if NWE needs capital to survive, who can speak to the banks on behalf of small shareholders with the legal authority to raise capital? Is Peter Munachen willing and able to step into this role and if so, what's the process for making that happen?
