I don’t want to pick sides regarding this issue MrK.
But, in definition, a hostile takeover relates to a situation where the company directors of the hostiled target, are objecting and resisting the approach.
Is the problem that whilst the NWE Board in the first instance rejected the takeover as opportunistic, but then resiled on the second offer, therefore neutralising the hostility.
The issue remains for me being the flagrant manipulation of the stock price well before the takeover was announced and the entire NWE Board backing the horse self interest?
I agree that the continual threatening language, the obvious planting of posters who appear to have a structured method of MIN related adjectives ( remember how it all started off with Homelander and now look at the couple of rotting fish heads that remain) is the subject to be interrogated.
all opinionated.
