Why would they??

This is still possibly a pittance, compared to the true potential.
If many NWE holders keep adding to their position in the next week or so, does this not mean that our % of ownership increases. Therefore weakening MINS position?

Many are not interested in owning MIN shares.
Please can you, or someone else put me right here.

No, existing holders buying shares on market will not weaken MINs position. Unless MIN is selling on market and you are buying shares directly from MIN, the percent MIN owns and the percent total others own remains exactly the same.
