I seem to recall that it was an amount to be paid to maintain operations...as to how the "JV" split the pie would make for interesting reading.

My take on what has been going on for some time is that the relationship between Mineral Resources and Norwest Energy has been an "in name only" one.... but as we all know when it comes to money matters a relationship can be sorely tested.

Speaking as a member of the "Holdout Brigade" I expect NWE to be billed accordingly.
