    well the DIO ann from 7 November clearly says that yep. There is two components, a free issue to DIO shareholders and then another priority entitlement to buy some 20c shares as well. For some reason I only saw the second one. Its very strange that the details of the offer document dont mention the free issue in the capital structure at all.
