    I didn't bother looking at the offer to buy Lodestar but the announcement seemed to be quite clear.

    50m shares to be issued 25m @ 20c to existing DIO holders ex whatever via a specie dis and 25m offered @ 20c to raise $5m.

    I don't think the offer document needed to mention the other 25m shares as they were mutually exclusive. I am sure everything was in the offer document.
