Fantastic beavering to get this reassuring note out from a reputable source who has a good track record analysing MSB.
I think it indicates that the science domain is back on track, after a few heart murmurs during the past couple of weeks. Now there's just the small issue of funding to be resolved. I am encouraged, however, by Sinatra mentioning that he expects details of this to be released in next couple of weeks.
