Would love to know the financer who is going to provide funding based on future cash flows of a product with 20% chance of approval success. They may as well be donating to charity. There will be some very sinister terms to whatever loan shark deal Mesoblast has waiting in the wings. And the terms will be unfavorable to shareholder rights and dilute their holdings.
The reason why Teva still hold their shares is that they would have collapsed the sp if they had of sold. The $ amount they are now worth is totally immaterial to them.
