Reasonably cautious view @Captgogo but have a look at the SMH article just posted in another thread. It quotes Jason Kolbert, who really put it up SI earlier at the conf call: Teva did not decide this on the research data [outcome]. It was credible when Silviu said the decision was a strategic move by Teva.
It appears that Kolbert was taken by surprise at the conf call and reacted with some emotion as well as irritation. He's now had more time to think it through. And learn from some of the rational posters here.
