I have called Octaviar (Tel 131637) just now asking them 3 questions, I encourage everyone to do so if you agree with me:

1. On what basis does the board believe that the transfer of management rights to Wellington Capital will add value to shareholders?

2. On what basis does the board think they have the right to grant a free option to a large amount of assets to an associate of CS?

3. The transaction is not at arms length - it is illegal, niaive and arrogant.
