ODN holders should have a better night's sleep over the weekend v yesterday based on info today and trading.
I don't know if the deal is done but on balance I think it will be.
The next issue is what the deal looks like. IMO we are in for massive dilution. How do we value Gridcomm without access to financials? 50 million maybe? What does that give us as a MC? If we can get close to the 50 million figure then with expected dilution that might mean a SP of around 5c.
This is back of the fag packet but Gridcomm shareholders will need to be given a huge swag bag to get this done.
