Hi Superpaddy,
If my eyes do not deceive me when you watch the video there are only three trades made at 73.5c this being low for the day. These trades were as follows 120,000, 2427 and 6979 shares at around 13.24 pm on that Wednesday. If I am wrong then those of you with better eyesight please correct me.
Once this low had been hit the SP resumed an upward trend to close at 82.5c for the day right on its VAMA.

This low was way outside the normal trading range of the stock and surprised many. It has yet to be satisfactorily explained by either ASIC or the ASX. ASIC has the software to monitor trades and can identify the brokers involved so it should not be too difficult to ascertain who was responsible for pushing down the SP on that day.
Retail investors are waiting for a timely response from our regulator.
