I am not so sure that liquidity is the reason for the consolidation. I think it is more to do with the potential for Chinese investment in Intec.
PW said as much in his BRR interview. Whether it is about Green Resources or Guangdong GuangYe Assets Management or perhaps even Hunan Non Ferrous Metals Corporation, it is nevertheless in my opinion a reasonbly positive comment.
