Hi F15, Im back. Nice to be missed. Been busy seeing medical specialists, selling of our house, packing and moving, buying a block of land and signing a building contract. I have missed a lot of recent news as I have been without an ISP for weeks however, on incomplete information, and with a poor memory, here is my spin on things.
I believe that the Consolidation, which has been mooted for ages by various posters, is strategic. What strategy? Why now?
From memory Intec got the VictorianEPA/GBG contract in November. Stage 1 was to take about 3 months and stage 2 about 4 months. From November, 3 months translates to Dec, Jan, Feb. Intec was granted Patent Protection in early April therefore it must have been applied for in March. Being conscious of the need for some haste I believe that Intec went straight to Stage 2 even before the Patent Protection was granted. From February, 4 months translates to March, Apr, May, June.
Now I know that commercial trials take time but with the zinc recovery from Stage 1 successful and results from Stage 1 being better than expected, the end of June date for Consolidation may be coincidental. My take on things is that it is not coincidental and that it is strategic. If I am correct then it will pave the way for the long awaited very positive announcement.
Naturally I am biased so do not put too much faith in my reasoning but do pay attention to what happens around June 30 even if an announcement is a bit delayed.
