You can't.

Does this mean that vampires are real?

No. Of course not. Contrary to what teenage girls might think, vampires are make-believe. Just like elves, gremlins and Eskimos.

If somebody tries to tell you that vampires are real, it is up to them to prove it.

Repeat for every fictitious character/creature ever imagined until you understand.

If you still don't understand, here is a tip..

...it is IMPOSSIBLE to prove that something DOESN'T exist.

...and saying that something does exist because it can't be proven that it's doesn't...is MADNESS.
