Company A will buy Company B who owns rights to buy Resource X owned by Company C.
Who is the real Vendor in the above, if Company B controls information flow between Company A and Company C?
2nd part to the question ( 5 Marks):
If for some freak unexplained mutation to the laws of logic Company B effectively gains control of Company A, what is the net gain for Company A? Is it possible that Company B gains from two bites at the cherry?
(Bonus Marks 10) - What is the effective price paid to the vendor by Company B on behalf of company A (when owner of Company A is now the same as owner of Company B)?
Calculate all of the above where Company C receives a % discount to the price paid to the vendors by Company A, and paid 6,000,000 shares to negotiate the better deal?
