    people buy stock @ circa 1 cent, gain the right to buy 150% of that stock @ 0.5 cents (pre-consolidation)

    possibly sell down your original buy @ 0.7-0.8 cents?

    Doesn't seem like opportunity buying to me but real buying, and the notion you can sell your rights to additional stock issue means they will get filled by someone.
