Actually I certainly dont know everything. It is possible I am wrong but I think you are right. Certainly the direction of cash flow in the next 12 - 18 months will have a big part to play in any recovery. The UK Chancellor 's announcement is a new factor and having an informed view on the effect is material for prospective investors like me. Certainly the sp cant get much lower. Having said that you would be amazed at the lengths shorters will go to shift an sp in the direction they need.
