Incidentally, when we have seen a bombed out apartment building. I start weighing up if it was a Russian missile or a Ukrainian anti missile that destroyed the building. And the logical thought is, when the Russians are sending hundreds and thousands of missiles. Why is it that a handful of apartment buildings that are destroyed only. Because I would imagine , they not targeting apartment buildings , why would they?
