I suggest it is dark deeds not done by funds but AGAINST the interests of the funds and done by some institutions who have corrupted the system to methodically bleed the investment funds. Morality plays little part in stock trading these days. A change is unlikely while the example set by politicians continues as it is and disallowed allows the current practice to continue.
