Hi Early,
This is what indonesians tend to do when tin prices fall. Tin Price was on an upward trajectory until may when the party was halted most likely due to Chinese dumping.If we look at lme stocks they have gone up in last two months mysteriously.
This is what they tend to do every time tin prices go up but they this will stop one day when they don't have any tin left to export.
But Indonesia looks determined to push the tin price higher with new regulations coming in effect from january banning tin solder exports as well which was a loophole being used for tin export.

Also how come you don't post anything on csd forum....i know there is pestilence there but we still need you informative posts there specially with new things happening in csd's mou.
