G'day all
Dallasaustin, IMHO the market is sitting on the sidelines waiting to see how the financing package takes shape. I think there's a general expectation (reasonably) that the financing package will include a placement and an accompanying SPP. As a buyer, one would expect better terms under a placement/SPP than buying into the market now, so its worth sitting on the sidelines.
Also, we are in a bit of a news 'twilight zone', in that there's probably lots of activity behind the scenes, but no milestones that are yet reportable have been achieved.
The selling volume doesn't trouble me greatly at these levels.
The reason I'm not buying more is because I think there's going to be a SPP and I'll get a better price under that than I will get at market now. The placement/SPP price should set a floor under the price. Extrapolating from this, that is my logical negative in terms of a short term price constraint.
