Welcome aboard Whisky. Given the director purchased his $30K mostly at 8.5 cents he probably doesn't expect a capital raising at a lower price either.

As I posted earlier on, even $10-15M raised at these prices would ruin a lot of the hard work done by the company. I expect there is probably around $5M in the kitty at the end of June with the TT T3 payment. That theoretically should last until a financing package is agreed (assuming they stick to the timetable of December, a big assumption).

I do see a possibility of an interim cap raising if a financing package take longer than expected, and they usually do. That could be through means other than a new share issue such as a small off-take deal.
