As I posted earlier on, even $10-15M raised at these prices would ruin a lot of the hard work done by the company. I expect there is probably around $5M in the kitty at the end of June with the TT T3 payment. That theoretically should last until a financing package is agreed (assuming they stick to the timetable of December, a big assumption).
I do see a possibility of an interim cap raising if a financing package take longer than expected, and they usually do. That could be through means other than a new share issue such as a small off-take deal.

Very good point about the director buying Nord. It does look like he has some confidence that this is cheap and is unlikely to get cheaper through a discounted placement.
