On that note, in the Ann's of 4/1/2021 (final authorisation), "Authority under the aboriginal act" section, the first two bullet points require ARE to regularly report to and allow visits by representatives of aboriginal authority groups. The "no news" so far is "good news", as one would think there have been reports to and visits by those representatives, especially or at least for the first drill hole. And no news is likely to imply there has been no concern. In fact no news implies no concern about any of the 4 bullet point requirements. So, one can respond to the original question of this thread: Yes, things seem to be on track!
