Just thinking about the last announcement, re the production of oil on the eastern side of Surprise and the $5m cost. Is it logical to assume that the obvious JV he is working on for the western side is going to have a similar figure up front as cash payment? Or is the coal sale money going to make up part of the package? By RC's language it is quite obvious that he is not concerned about raising this $5m, which he pointed out will rapidly be returned through future sales.
