JXKMARVIN, They are still 2+ years away from digging the stuff out of the ground.So ,in the meantime ,these are things that need to be done . It's called "ticking all the boxes". Don't be so hard on Management. Announcements like these must be awesome to prospective buyers:one more thing that has been looked after for the "largest thermal coal mine in NorthAmerica" Therefore a great announcement IMHO
