What you have posted above is appeal to the minister on being dissatisfied with the any authority.
However, in this case, Lynas has filed the proceedings in the court and not gone to the minister.
I think what you have posted is not correct.
We need to see the outcome of the court hearing and courts have previously taken the side of Lynas previously who has always worked within the framework of law of Malaysia
