Hi All,
Can I get some feedback as to how exactly the Nasdaq listing works? I assume there are no new shares being listed for the Nasdaq...so my question is, who exactly or where exactly are the shares coming from for all those supposed new buyers in the US? Logistically, i don't think that us retail investors can log onto our international accounts and sell our PRR into the US market. My guess is that Aussie institutions are able to transfer their shares from here and sell them over in the US.
If someone could enlighten me that would be great.
Furthermore, I noticed that some companies that go and list in the US actually de-list here in Oz. What would be the implication of that??
