Geospud, I think you've got a point there, the amount of shares will double with the dual listing not unlike a 1 for 1 equity raising, but (shoot me down someone if this is wrong) the point is that the scope for investment from bigger US players is huge. Nasdaq access will allow an exponential increase in demand for PRR, even if there are twice as many shares across two exchanges.
