DYE does sell material to G24i. Where it gets tricky is that G24i also holds one of the original licenses to use the patents, which means they can (and I believe have in the past) research and develop their own dyes.

So unlike Tata they are not locked in to using DYE as a supplier, but they certainly have in the past.
