I expect what is required by law to occur. What is required by law is immediate notification.
You said at the time when the announcement was a week late:
”expected to be returned in early Jan”, Yes.
but to the company, not to you.
Implying that the company could have already received the information. If that were the case then it is, without question, unlawful.
What other meaning could be attributed to the wording of your post other than how i saw it? What did you mean by the above statement if you weren't implying that the company could be in posession of the information?
