This document or should i say handbook takes a bit of reading or searching as the case may be, however for those of you with a legal mind it may help you to understand the AVQ/SMM issue in ways never properly explained, on my understanding as to what i have read the Minister is not required to give reasons for the cancellation of a letter of intent, and that in itself is good enough for me.
