Interesting concept.

The concept is interesting.

The best model i can think of "were it to be Westfields" is that the tennants would pay for the lockers as part of their monthly rent and then they would have access to deposit purchased goods in the lockers. However, the lockers would have to be accessible outside of the centre as if the shops were open the consumer would simply go inside. The are post offices in some centres so this might defray some costs.

I do not think a consumer would pay for the locker as i have witnessed consumers not pay for trollies when charged.

Any other ideas onhow a sustainable model might work?
