Those figures are correct!! (I'll post them again!!)

Some useful "facts" about Looksmart, as were discussed.

There was no disputing, that:

< What I posted was Look’s gross revenue figures as taken from their own report. I'll post them again.

Revenue 03' - $ 134,832

Revenue 04' - $ 76,996

Revenue 05' - $ 41,359

They are drastic falls in revenue, there is no dispute, no spin, the numbers are they’re for all to see. For you to say that Look is in some wonderful position and is a strong buy is doing potential investors a complete disservice. >

When Looksmart returned it's 1st "maiden" quarterly "profit" (announced 29/01/2003) there was plenty of "joy" for shareholders!! As the "message" was, as is below!! .....

The SP value, had got to $3.27cps (that day) and in months to come, traded as high as $4.80cps, on July 30th, 2003!! (That's $24.00pps in the US or, on the current Xchange rate of $1.37540c an equal of a little over $33.00pps !!)



Guess what?? The shareprice was @, (in today's terms, as it has been pointed out above), yes a loverly $33.00pps!! And the "high" sale (today) has been, just $6.80cps!!! Yes, down, $26.80cps !!!!

Now, I am not about to tell you of all the "TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS" that the Co went through, to manage this amazing feat!! You'd already know! ("Don’t tell me do I research my friend".)

What I am endeavouring to do, (& have been for over 12 months now - I did buy as low as $3.70cps this time 'round', & plenty, for me!!) is simply tell others who post and read, that Looksmart are soon to "take off", based on the information I have posted!! NO MORE - NO LESS!!

I really couldn't give a "rats", if people buy or, not. Very few have!!

But to have someone, (who has NEVER ever, been correct with LOK in his life!!!), hasn't "held" since those above days, had an average of $64.00pps for those THAT he held, done his blurter, etc etc "bad mouth" both the new CEO David Hills & the Co's changed fortunes, (as MYSELF & OTHERS see it), is just a little hard to swallow!!

You see, I have bought my "TICKET" and have been entitled to my discount, for an early purchase!!! Looksmart are now partnering the likes of Viacom, (CBS Local) The NY Times and IACI's Ask JEEVES .... AND Topix.net and, and... Not a bad "set", for starters!

Do they (THESE Tier One PARTNERS) think Looksmart may be "going broke"?? HARDLY!!!

But it is good that you have allowed me to show things, in a more true perspective!!! LOK (in the "old") is less than .07cps and is worth a "punt", & is what I have been preaching!! When the "U" bubble bursts, 'little ole' LOK will be just getting into a gallop!! And you can bookmark this post, in that regard!! (Not quite "a complete disservice" afterall, surely?)
