Go and listen to the teleconference. It's much the same as the April 2002 announcement that started the stock down - growth is going to slow temporarily. The last quarter was great but looking forward not as good.
GAAP profit will fall from 3c eps in Q4 of 2002, because of outlays on the UK and Japan businesses. They said that. They also said Q1 of 2003 revenue prediction of $32m - not the strong growth they have been experiencing through 2002. Q4 was $31.4m.
So unless there is a great unexpected announcement I feel LOK is dangerous in Q1. It's still a great company but the market wants unequivocal eps growth.
