Lok- New Deals in the wind

Can anyone confirm or deny that Looksmart may have done a deal wit a major Portal. I have heard it from three sources now but volumes tend to suggest no. I tried to ring the company to speak to Jason Kellerman but he and the CFO are overseas on business and will be back on Monday. This will correspond to his formal takeover day. Last week I spoke to Damien in Sydney who confirmed that the quarterly results will be out on the 25th of October and that there should be no nasty surprises. This quarter should be a profit according to forecasts so that should start to see the share price moving up again.
