It seem that LOK are not exactly flavour of the month with you guys?

Lots have changed since those bad old days and both you guys and the market will soon find out.... Yes, .07cps is certainly "cheap", especially for LOK and it's current much improved situation. Looksmart have a complete new model and it's working!!! Perhaps it's best described by Lookinsmart2002 as to why it's such a good buy down at these levels.......

He points out that when LOOK (in ther US) breaks resistance at $5.05... (kissed it again overnight)......

1. Chartists will jump in
2. Institutions will jump in
3. Shorts will cover.

And that, in taking into account the reverse split, LOOK is still at the price it was when it:

- had a delisting hanging over its head
- had no licensing revenue
- had 181 less web properties
- had decreasing revenus
- had pervuasive click fraud

Since then it has:

- Generated several new revenue streams
- Signed many licensing partners
- Signed deals with New York Times, Viacom, Local.com and others
- Launched 181 vertical web properties
- Introduced several new advertising mediums
- Increased their content
- Entered syndication deals with many new publishers
- Eliminated click fraud
- Optimised the ROI of its network
- Stopped the exodus of advertisers
- Stopped the decrease in revenue, and returned to growth
- Improved margins

How long can it stay at last years price levels? (He asks) - Not long at all, is the answer.

Looksmart. the "ugly duckling" of the ASX (mostly, purely as a result of ignorance though) is growing into a magnificent looking swan, oh so quickly!!
