I admire your dedication but loosen up a little, it'll happen, but your screaming it 50 times a day isn't going to make a difference at this stage, neither is it going to help.

Learn from EMS management, slow and sure wins the race (or the deals in this case). NHS contract hopefully will be our Christmas present (although I think it may be just a little late) - but when it is signed you can crow all you like.
