belated but unable to post before due to connection problems.
my copy (copied here) is of 1953 from london telegraph and is on a beige card folded over 3 times. it was given to me by an old broker friend in 1989. he has long gone but went thro 1929 etc. he was born very very early 1900's.
hope the info attached can answer some questions. fwiw, i was told the monk was english and lived around mid 1800's.
