    Yes thats the thing most companies wouldn`t of even announced they were looking to BUY OUT A COMPANY LIKE THIS,THEY WOULD OF WENT IN TO PRE-OPEN OR TRADING HALT and then just announced it,if it happened,no speculation right from the start.Very poor management,end of story.
