lom and zimbabwe!!!

The mataphor between Lom and Zimbabwe is an excellent one!!! Zimbabwe has gone from being an economic basket case with the worlds highest recorded inflation rate to now being a show case of the amazing potential that is arising in Southern Africa!!

Since Morgan Tsangari came to power, Zimbabwe has made excellent progress in dealing with (hyper)inflation, delivering sustained and improving economic growth, giving Zimbabweans basic standards of education, law and order not to mention hope for the future!!!!

Since Lom arrived at Lulo, Lom has helped ensure peace and security in one of the worlds most war ravaged and violent regions. Lom has started empoloying locals, providing essential infrastructure and started giving locals (and fellow Angolans) increasing confidence in their country's economic future. Lom is on the verge of starting devlopment of its assets at Lulo which will not only generate massive shareholder returns for Lom shareholders, but will ultimately create thousands of jobs (in the construction and ongoing phases) not too mention massive taxation revenue for the government allowing the provision of more extensive and better education and health services.

You are right the metaphor between Lom and Zimbabwe is an excellent one. Possibly Lomand Lulo will provide a role model of how Zimbabwe can using mining to further its own economic development!!!
