That’s certainly the case for unlisted options, however, say for only one occasion, I’m sure all the listed options for the past decade have expired in the money.

I can’t recall which year, but the occasion a listed option expired out of the money, shareholders were given the opportunity to ‘save’ those options by voting at a special general meeting. Voting on the resolution was successfully and we were given the opportunity to purchase those expired options for .01¢ each.

For the record, those options ended up in the money on the new expiry date.
