What time frame does anyone put on an economical announcent?

If this is the news we are waiting on, i can certainly understand why millions of shares have been sold. At the same time they have only changed hands from one owner to another.

From what i can see, the only thing that will keep this stock from falling any further is the announcent of a half decent diamond.

No announcent and there is no reason for this stock to go back to lower levels.

So once again, can anyone put a timeline on economical announcent.
