This kinda gets me.
Why do people think that they have the right to other people's what should be private information ?
Is it because you think the top 20 have or get more privileged information.
Or if one of the 20 sold it would make a difference to your trading strategies?
Only way you get LOM top 20 is to buy it from the security register
