Why dont you go and read my post and the article again- Clearly even in 2012 Mr Padley was suggesting that investors need to understand charting and surprise surprise yes the market buys and sells can be timed with the use of T/A - His comments were relevant then and are still relevant today- I referenced in my post that it was and old article but (IMO) is still relevant today
The whole point of my post was to highlight charting is a valuable tool - it was another poster who said charting was simply a picture of where the stock had been not where it was going and I referenced the Padley article to enhance my point.
The highlighted quote in my post is from Jaw Dropper - you seem to be confused I was using Padleys article as being against charting ! I was using it as pro T/A and as you can see I included the 2012 date.
