40 cents is not a barrier but 43 cents is a barrier as a lot of shares have changed hands during 2016 at around 43 cents and the share price has closed in the forties for a total of about 7 weeks out of the last 52 weeks.
If the volume continues at 5 million or more units a day each resistance level will easily be broken imo.
