From my interpretation of today’s candle, I see it as bullish, this stock is comming off a triple bottom after a lengthy downtrend which included at least 2 gap down days. It gapped up this morning and the buyers were in control. Unfortunately LOM has trouble holding on to its gains. If a green candle tomorrow then the buyers have taken control.
Long upper tails are defiantly bearish at or near the top of an uptrend, especially if followed by a long red candle.
