fair call @blooreeler I would prefer a large placement to one insto, than an open register 20c Options issue any day. Still the LOMOA's were set in stone many years ago... and we just have to live with it. Yes there will be more shares, which helps re: liquidity in the heads, and creates opportunity for larger punters to trade meaningful size lots of LOM. As I have said before, once the $ is in the door, the pressure will be on the BOD of LOM to work these Assets, and create real value for all shareholders - they will be earning there salaries this year and next
